Our platform interacts with external APIs maintained by Meta Platforms, Inc. We disclaim all liability for message delivery delays, transmission latency, or service interruptions caused by Meta Cloud API downtime, upstream server latency, or unexpected changes to third-party API specifications.

Message delivery speed depends heavily on global internet routing, cellular telecommunications networks, recipient device connectivity, and carrier-level spam filters. Wapflow OS does not warrant instantaneous or guaranteed message delivery across mobile networks.

Wapflow OS incorporates large language model capabilities through the AI Agent Studio. AI responses are generated non-deterministically. We expressly disclaim any guarantee that AI-generated responses will be factually accurate, current, complete, or error-free. Vendors must review, calibrate, and monitor AI outputs prior to deployment.

7. VISUAL BOT FLOW MAKER & AUTOMATION LOGIC LIABILITY

The logic, branching conditions, webhook calls, and automated responses configured within the Bot Flow Maker are created solely by the Vendor. Karwadegroup accepts no liability for business errors, incorrect pricing quotes, or lost leads resulting from flawed bot flow design constructed by the client.

8. NO GUARANTEE OF SALES, REVENUE OR BUSINESS SUCCESS

Marketing broadcast statistics, open rates, and case studies cited on our website reflect specific customer experiences. Karwadegroup makes no representation or guarantee that deploying Wapflow OS will result in increased sales, commercial revenue, lead generation, or financial profits for your business.

9. VENDOR COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL LAWS & ADVERTISING CODES

The Vendor bears sole responsibility for verifying that its marketing campaigns, advertising claims, discounts, and customer communications comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including the Consumer Protection Act 2019 and advertising guidelines.

10. STOREFRONT PRODUCT LISTINGS & CONSUMER DISPUTES

Products, services, and inventory displayed on vendor-operated storefronts are offered solely by the respective Vendor. Wapflow OS does not warrant the quality, safety, legality, or authenticity of items sold by Vendors to end-consumers.

11. CRM DATA ACCURACY & DATA LOSS INDEMNITY

While Wapflow OS implements robust enterprise database backups and automated snapshots, Vendors are encouraged to maintain independent backups of vital customer records. We disclaim liability for accidental data loss arising from vendor user error or catastrophic infrastructure events.

12. CYBERSECURITY & CLIENT CREDENTIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Vendors are responsible for maintaining strong passwords, enforcing multi-factor authentication, and safeguarding their Meta System User Tokens. Wapflow OS is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from client phishing or credential leaks on client hardware.

13. THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS & WEBHOOK LATENCY

Where you configure webhooks or integrate third-party tools (such as Google Sheets, Zapier, or private ERPs), Wapflow OS accepts no responsibility for data parsing failures, webhook drops, or outages originating on external third-party platforms.

14. PLATFORM UPTIME, MAINTENANCE & FORCE MAJEURE

We strive to maintain maximum operational uptime. However, scheduled infrastructure upgrades, emergency security patching, cloud host disruptions, cyber attacks (DDoS), or force majeure occurrences may cause temporary downtime without prior notice.

15. JURISDICTIONAL TELECOMMUNICATIONS REGULATIONS (TRAI / DLT)

In India, business commercial messaging is regulated by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI). Vendors sending commercial SMS or omnichannel messages are responsible for their own Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) registrations and adherence to national telecom guidelines.

16. BETA FEATURES & EXPERIMENTAL MODULES

From time to time, we may release software features designated as "Beta", "Preview", or "Experimental". Such features are provided solely for testing purposes and may contain bugs. Usage of beta features is at the client's sole risk.

17. NO LEGAL, TAX OR ACCOUNTING ADVICE

Automated GST invoices and billing summaries produced by the platform are calculated based on user inputs. They do not constitute certified tax filings. Vendors must consult qualified chartered accountants or legal advisors for statutory compliance.

18. EXTERNAL HYPERLINKS & THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES

Our website and user consoles may contain links to third-party websites or services. Karwadegroup exercises no control over third-party privacy policies or site contents and accepts no liability for third-party practices.

19. LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL & CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Karwadegroup and its founder Mahesh Karwad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever arising from or related to the use of or inability to use the platform.
